Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer who can own paid media performance end-to-end from strategy and media planning to execution, optimization, and scaling. This role is for someone who understands that media buying is math + psychology + systems, not just launching campaigns.

You'll work closely with strategy, creative, analytics, and CRO teams to drive measurable growth, not vanity metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying and performance marketing
• Proven track record managing and scaling paid media budgets across Meta and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of full-funnel paid media strategy (awareness consideration conversion)
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Experience optimizing campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics
• Solid experience with tracking and analytics tools (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, GTM)
• Ability to diagnose performance issues across ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
• Experience working with creative teams using performance-driven briefs and insights
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on data, not assumptions
• Ability to explain performance, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
• Experience working in an agency or managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results
