We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Buyer to join our team and take ownership of lead generation campaigns for the UK market within the home services industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Create and test ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy.
- Set up and manage ad accounts, tracking, pixels, conversion events, and reporting.
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and scale successful initiatives.
- Prepare reports, budget forecasts, and growth recommendations.
- Research competitors, audiences, and new opportunities.
- Work closely with the team members, Managers and service managers to achieve the optimum results
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience generating leads through paid social advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Ability to create or edit high-performing ad creatives.
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Experience targeting the UK market.
- Experience in home services or local service businesses is a strong advantage.
