This role bridges the gap between the brand principals, internal HO functions and retail operations team ensuring that each store reflects the global brand standards, commercial objectives, and long-term growth targets for the region.
You will be responsible for driving overall sales across all geographies for the Business Unit, maximizing sales performance, store operating profits, customer service as well as overseeing overall store operations.
Principal & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary contact between the regional business and brand principals
- Present sales results, expansion progress and market insights during regular business reviews
- Negotiate and manage annual business plans, commercial terms
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with Operations to ensure commercial targets and brand standards are achieved across stores
- Work with Real Estate, Finance, and Projects teams to ensure store rollout timelines and budgets are met
- Support Training and HR teams to uphold brand culture and standards at retail level
Retail Expansion & Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new store openings in coordination with the Real Estate and Operations teams
- Lead feasibility studies, IRR analyses, and prepare store business cases for management and brand approval
- Oversee brand approval, design compliance, and project milestones for each new store
- Plan and manage the retail network roadmap (new stores, relocations, closures, renovation)
Brand Communication & Marketing Alignment:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to localize brand campaigns, product launches, and activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints store design, VM, communication, and customer experience
