Responsibilities:
1.Identify and secure new partnership opportunities in banking, telecom, and lifestyle sectors while managing and nurturing existing alliances.
2.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and procurement teams to align partnership strategies and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints. 3.Spearhead negotiations and design commercial terms to maximize value, balancing business objectives with long-term partner satisfaction.
4.Analyze partner performance metrics, generate actionable insights to optimize ROI, and drive sustainable growth.
5.Analyze market trends and activities to propose innovative initiatives that enhance our partnership ecosystem.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree
2. More than 3 years of partnership experience in the Middle East and extensive network.
3. Strong communicator and project leader adept at driving cross-departmental collaboration and managing concurrent initiatives.
4.Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering results within tight deadlines.
5.Fluent English and Arabic, with cultural agility to adapt strategies to diverse operational frameworks and user needs.
6.Preference of key account resources in banking, telecom, and lifestyle sectors industry.
