Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all partnerships meet regulatory, legal and contractual requirements, including SLAs and payment terms.
  • Embed best‑practice partnership and key account management frameworks, proactively addressing any compliance gaps.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and mentor a small support team, setting clear objectives and driving performance.
  • Run cross‑functional projects across product, marketing, tech and finance to launch and optimise co‑branded products on time.

Profile

  • 5–7 years experience in Key Account Management / Business Development, ideally in:
  • Loyalty & rewards
  • Co‑branded financial products

  • Highly target‑driven, organised and commercially sharp, with a clear growth mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable at senior level.
  • Confident working with CRM and Microsoft Office; data‑driven and metrics‑focused.
  • Able to work independently, hit deadlines and make things happen.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic a plus.
  • Based in Dubai, with a valid UAE driving licence and car; willing to travel as needed.
