About The Role
About POWERTECH
POWERTECH is a center of excellence for propulsion technologies, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for a wide range of aerospace, defence, and autonomous applications, including fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms.
Responsibilities

About The Role
About POWERTECH
POWERTECH is a center of excellence for propulsion technologies, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for a wide range of aerospace, defence, and autonomous applications, including fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop motor design and test tools to meet the needs of requirements.
- Perform analysis and design activities for engineering applications.
- Design end-user-oriented GUI interfaces or define GUI design processes.
- Develop tools considering qualification needs where outputs are used in certification processes.
- Work in coordination with system, test, and certification teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of C#, Python, and C++, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in these languages.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented software development.
- Proficient in applying software design patterns.
- Experience with development IDEs such as Visual Studio, PyCharm, and Qt.
- Experience with version control systems and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Experience with requirements engineering and management processes.
- Experience with software documentation practices.
- Experience with software quality, testing, and configuration management processes.
- Knowledge of DO-178C software development and verification objectives.
- Familiarity with tool qualification concepts and Tool Qualification Levels (TQL) per DO-178C / DO-330.
- Experience with motor or electrical machine design tools.
- Familiarity with aerospace/defence software practices.
