Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will engage in daily client interactions, providing expert real estate advice and assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property market analysis, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience with proper communication and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong unique personality and problem solving skills
• Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate across different property markets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven proficiency in Sales, including achieving and exceeding targets
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous
