Senior PEGA Developer (Banking)

Client is seeking experienced Senior PEGA Developer with more than 5 years of professional experience to support the development, integration, and optimization of enterprise banking systems. Candidates will work closely with business analysts, architects, and project teams to design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and banking standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement applications using PEGA PRPC platform.

Build and configure PEGA workflows, business rules, decision tables, and case management processes.

Develop PEGA integrations with core banking systems, APIs, and external services.

Participate in application design reviews and architecture discussions.

Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to PEGA guardrails and best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into PEGA solutions.

Support testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC / PEGA Platform.

Knowledge of PEGA Case Management and Decisioning.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development or enterprise systems.

Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
