We are looking for a
Senior Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications through advanced penetration testing techniques, helping strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform web application, network, and cloud penetration testing
- Conduct red team exercises to simulate real-world cyber attacks
- Identify, analyze, and exploit vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure
- Perform source code security reviews to identify potential security flaws
- Prepare detailed technical reports and remediation recommendations
- Work closely with security and development teams to improve security practices
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and techniques
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
Candidates with one or more of the following certifications are strongly preferred:
- OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional
- CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
- GPEN - GIAC Penetration Tester
- OSEP - Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester
- CRTP / CRTO
Experience
- 2-5+ years of experience in penetration testing or offensive security
- Proven experience in:
- Web application penetration testing
- Network penetration testing
- Cloud security assessments
- Red team operations
- Source code security reviews
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and exploitation techniques
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Web technologies (APIs, authentication mechanisms, OWASP Top 10)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Metasploit Framework
- Burp Suite
- Nmap
- Wireshark
- Nessus
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby
