Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for mid to senior roles
- Manage performance review cycles, learning & development, and career progression
- Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations
- Maintain employee records, contracts, probation reviews, and HR reporting
- Support organizational change initiatives and small-to-medium HR projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 46 years of HR / People & Culture experience, preferably in startups, NGOs, or social enterprises
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS / ATS tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
