Manage all employee life-cycle processes in terms of paperwork (onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations).
Ensure all personnel actions comply with labor law and company policies.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, files, and HRIS data.
Oversee the issuance and renewal of contracts, letters, and official documents.
Monitor and validate leave balances, annual leave planning, and sick leave documentation.
Administer social insurance filings (Form 1, 2, 6) and ensure timely submissions.
Handle labor office requirements, inspections, and company compliance.
Prepare official documentation needed for visas, work permits, and external authorities.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and personnel procedures across all departments.
Conduct internal audits on documents and processes to maintain accuracy.
Handle employee inquiries related to people operations and personnel issues and provide accurate guidance.
Support conflict resolution and escalate complex cases when needed.
Assist in investigations related to attendance violations or any personnel-related misconduct.
Prepare monthly personnel reports.
Maintain high-quality documentation, archiving, and confidentiality standards.
Support HR audits and provide required data on time.
Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR operations, personnel administration, or HR documentation management.
Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
Experience in handling employment forms (Form 1, Form 2, Form 6) and employee records.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
