Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Performance Analyst, based in Giza. The role is primarily responsible for conducting in-depth performance analysis, applying Six Sigma methodologies, and utilizing data analytics to optimize business processes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals. The Senior Performance Analyst will work closely with multiple teams to ensure data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Performance Analysis and Data Analytics to evaluate and optimize processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and proficiency in handling complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent Communication skills for conveying findings, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting recommendations effectively.
- Background in Finance and business operations to understand financial impacts and cost-benefit analyses.
- Certification in Six Sigma (preferred qualification) to implement structured improvement frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant analytics tools and software is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
