Title:Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Level:Senior (Strategic + Execution Ownership)
Role Summary:
Responsible for leading paid growth strategy, consistently reducing CAC, and building a strong conversion funnel from impression to final conversion, with a strong analytical mindset to diagnose issues and take data-driven decisions.
Core Objectives (KPIs):
- Reduce CAC consistently
- Improve full funnel conversion rate
- Improve cost efficiency across channels
- Maintain stable scaling without performance spikes
- Build a structured testing and optimization framework
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop full-funnel paid acquisition strategy
- Allocate budgets based on CAC targets
- Define KPIs per funnel stage
- Forecast acquisition performance
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze funnel performance end-to-end
- Identify drop-off points
- Diagnose CAC increases
- Compare traffic quality across sources
- Build performance dashboards
- Distinguish between creative, audience, and landing page issues
Campaign Execution & Scaling
- Launch and scale campaigns across major platforms
- Implement structured creative testing roadmap
- Apply horizontal and vertical scaling strategies
- Manage retargeting structure effectively
- Control frequency and creative fatigue
Decision-Making & Problem Solving
- Detect performance drops early
- Take data-backed budget reallocation decisions
- Justify scaling decisions with clear logic
- Pause or refresh campaigns based on structured analysis
- Prioritize optimizations based on impact
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 47+ years of performance marketing experience
- Experience managing significant budgets
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA)
- Strong CAC control strategies
- Attribution basics
- A/B testing frameworks
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with GA4 or equivalent analytics tools
