Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist -

As a Performance Marketing Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive exceptional results for our clients. Your expertise in media buying, data analysis, and campaign optimization will be instrumental in achieving our clients marketing objectives and maximizing their return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media buying strategies: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business goals and target audience. Based on these insights, design comprehensive media buying strategies that align with client objectives and deliver maximum performance.
- Execute paid media campaigns: Plan, set up, and launch paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms, such as search engines, social media networks, display networks, and programmatic advertising platforms. Ensure campaigns are structured effectively, targeting the right audience segments, and utilizing relevant ad formats.
- Budget management: Manage media budgets effectively to optimize spending and achieve desired results. Monitor campaign performance closely, make data-driven decisions, and adjust budgets as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Performance tracking and analysis: Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately measure the performance of campaigns and individual media channels. Analyze campaign data and provide insights on key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Campaign optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve campaign goals. Conduct A/B testing, ad creative testing, and audience segmentation to identify winning strategies. Implement bid optimizations, targeting adjustments, and other tactics to maximize performance efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in performance media buying, digital marketing, and advertising technology. Proactively identify emerging platforms, ad formats, and targeting options that could enhance campaign performance.
- Client communication and reporting: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide campaign updates, performance insights, and recommendations for improvement. Prepare and present comprehensive reports that highlight key performance indicators, campaign metrics, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3years of experience in performance media buying or digital advertising, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expertise in paid media platforms: Proficient in managing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms, and other relevant networks.
- Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Experience using analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Performance optimization: Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve specific KPIs, such as conversions, click-through rates (CTR), and ROI. Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization strategies.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience insights. Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful media campaigns.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and data to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree: A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.
