Role Overview
You will execute and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on lead generation and e-commerce growth.
Goal:
Drive qualified leads & sales with strong CAC and ROAS performance
Key Responsibilities
* Launch and manage campaigns on:
* Meta Ads
* Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
* TikTok Ads
- Execute full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Conversion)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Support in building remarketing and retargeting strategies
- Work closely with design & content teams to improve ad creatives
- Track performance using:
* GA4
* Meta Pixel / CAPI
* Google Tag Manager
* Prepare performance reports with insights and action plans
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads (TikTok is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Experience in:
* Lead Generation OR E-commerce (preferably both)
- Good understanding of tracking & attribution
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize performance efficiently
- Strong Excel / reporting skills
