Job Description

Role Overview

You will execute and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on lead generation and e-commerce growth.

Goal:

Drive qualified leads & sales with strong CAC and ROAS performance

Key Responsibilities

* Launch and manage campaigns on:

 * Meta Ads

 * Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)

 * TikTok Ads

  • Execute full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Conversion)
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Support in building remarketing and retargeting strategies
  • Work closely with design & content teams to improve ad creatives
  • Track performance using:

 * GA4

 * Meta Pixel / CAPI

 * Google Tag Manager

* Prepare performance reports with insights and action plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Performance Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads (TikTok is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
  • Experience in:

 * Lead Generation OR E-commerce (preferably both)

  • Good understanding of tracking & attribution
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize performance efficiently
  • Strong Excel / reporting skills
