Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the marketing performance and contribute directly to measurable revenue growth.
This role requires a highly analytical and results-driven professional who can operate effectively across different business models and deliver data-backed decisions.
Role Objective
To drive sustainable digital growth by developing and executing performance marketing strategies, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and ensuring measurable impact on revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels
- Build and optimize the full customer funnel (Acquisition → Conversion → Retention)
- Analyze customer behavior and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, LTV)
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Align content initiatives with performance marketing objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with business goals
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) improvement
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA) reduction
- Conversion rate optimization
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) growth
- Clear attribution between marketing performance and revenue
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Proven experience in the F&B industry (mandatory)
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in high-frequency environments
- Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Experience working across multiple business models or operating environments
- Experience operating across both B2C and B2B environments.
