About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth through data-driven marketing strategies and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will lead performance marketing initiatives, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and maximize marketing return on investment across digital channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts contribute directly to business growth and revenue.

This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Build and optimize the customer journey from acquisition through conversion and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage advertising budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Implement and maintain accurate campaign tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with performance objectives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Mandatory experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable business and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across both B2C and B2B business models.
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-brand, or multi-business environments.
  • Knowledge of attribution models and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
