2. Core Responsibilities (Your Mission)

At VANTAGE, you will spearhead our revenue and traffic 'nervous system:

Strategic Budget Management: Directly oversee and take full ownership of high-tier monthly budgets. Ensure capital efficiency through advanced automated and manual bidding strategies.

Paid Media Mastery: Architect and execute sophisticated full-funnel campaigns across the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, PMax) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).

Growth Metric Optimization: Take direct accountability for key performance indicators: ROAS, CPA, CVR, and AOV to accelerate global revenue growth.

Data-Driven Creative Synergy: Collaborate with our Creative Studio to develop high-converting ad assets based on real-time consumer behavior and performance feedback.

Premium Audience Segmentation: Leverage deep data insights to identify and penetrate high-net-worth (HNW) segments across diverse geographic regions.

Measurement & Advanced Attribution: Maintain absolute data integrity, analyze complex attribution models (MTA), and report ROI directly to key stakeholders.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to optimize performance and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, managing digital marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies, assist in customer acquisition efforts, and deliver measurable marketing success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research, Marketing Strategy, and understanding data analytics to drive effective campaigns
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to strengthen customer acquisition and retention
