We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead, plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep platform expertise, and a proven ability to drive performance, ROI, and scalable growth for multiple clients or brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Planning & Execution- Plan, launch, and manage high-budget paid media campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat, LinkedIn, or other platforms as needed
- Develop full-funnel media strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency.
Optimization & Performance- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize:
- Targeting
- Creatives
- Bidding strategies
- Audiences & placements
- Analyze key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs and maintaining efficiency.
Strategy & Growth- Translate client or business goals into clear paid media strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities, new platforms, and emerging ad formats.
- Support campaign forecasting, budget planning, and performance projections.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithms, and best practices.
Reporting & Communication- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Present results and strategy updates to internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Creative, Content, and Web teams to align execution.
Leadership & Mentorship- Support and mentor Junior Media Buyers.
- Review and approve campaign setups and optimizations done by junior team members.
- Contribute to process improvement, SOPs, and media buying frameworks.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 46+ years of hands-on experience in paid media / performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
- Experience managing medium to large ad budgets.
- Advanced understanding of:
- Tracking & pixels
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Conversion APIs
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
