Role Description The Senior Performance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance metrics across key operational and project processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and interpreting performance data, conducting performance testing, identifying root causes of performance issues, and recommending actionable improvements. The Senior Performance Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to communicate insights, develop performance management frameworks, and support the implementation of best practices. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, supporting decision-making, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analysis to interpret complex performance metrics and trends.
- Expertise in Performance Management, including designing, implementing, and evaluating performance frameworks and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Testing to assess system, process, or project efficiency and reliability.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property development environments is beneficial.
