Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Personal Assistant based in Cairo. The Senior Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, overseeing correspondence, and handling clerical tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating meetings and appointments, ensuring smooth communication on behalf of executives, and maintaining an organized workflow to support business operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage professional correspondence
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience supporting senior-level executives is highly valued
