Job Objective
To lead and manage government relations, personnel administration, and payroll operations across Egypt, KSA, and UAE. The role ensures full compliance with local labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.

Government Relations (GRO)
- Liaise with labor offices and ministries to manage employee registrations, inspections, and legal documentation.
- Handle work permits, residency visas, and renewals for local and expatriate staff.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific platforms:
- Monitor changes in labor law, Saudization/Emiratization quotas, and advise management accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with government entities to facilitate approvals and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate and legally compliant employee records, including contracts, IDs, and insurance forms.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all legal and procedural steps are followed.
- Manage leave balances, attendance, and disciplinary documentation using HRIS platforms.
- Ensure employment contracts align with local labor law (e.g., fixed vs. unlimited terms).
- Supervise monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with law.
- Administer bonuses, allowances, and incentive schemes in line with company policy and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports to labor, tax, and insurance authorities.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Monitor and report on Saudization and Emiratization targets.
- Support internal audits, compliance, and external inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and government relations across MENA.
- Deep understanding of Egyptian, Saudi, and Emirati labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and diplomatic communication skills.
