Job Summary:

The Senior Personnel Specialist supports daily personnel operations including employee files, contracts, and social insurance. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance, and timely delivery of personnel services while guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update employee contracts, forms, and HR documentation.
• Process social insurance transactions and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Manage employee records, leaves, and attendance.
• Support governmental audits and inspections.
• Provide guidance to personnel specialists and coordinate with Payroll.
• Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in personnel administration.
• Knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and HRIS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
