Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise personnel and employee relations activities.
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to employment terms, benefits, leaves, and attendance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance departments regarding employee data and changes.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance procedures when required.
  • Support audits and inspections related to labor and personnel matters.
  • Update and improve HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR or personnel staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 57 years of experience in personnel or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and personnel processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies.
