This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Pharmacist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide guidance to pharmacy staff, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Responsibilities include providing pharmaceutical care to customers, managing inventory, supervising the preparation and dispensing of medications, and mentoring junior staff. The Senior Pharmacist will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and maintain high standards of pharmaceutical service.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, drug interactions, and medication therapies.
• Experience in inventory management, supervising pharmaceutical operations, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in customer service, patient counseling, and effective communication skills.
• Leadership capabilities with experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Licensing and registration to practice pharmacy in Egypt are mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
