Job Description

Main job duties and responsibilities:

  1. Manage real-time KPI dashboards and monitor SLA performance, escalate breaches directly to the Director.
  2. Track and analyze key project performance metrics, including field change orders, clash resolution time, material cost variance, release timelines, NCR/rework rates, schedule adherence, and cost savings.
  3. Consolidate and validate data inputs from all specialist functions to maintain a single source of truth across the TCD.
  4. Identify emerging compliance and delivery risks across design, procurement, and site execution stages, maintaining a live risk register with prioritized escalation of critical issues.
  5. Conduct risk impact assessments on SLA breaches, NCR trends, BOQ variances, and supply chain disruptions, providing quantified exposure analysis and corrective action recommendations.
  6. Monitor early-warning indicators across disciplines and issue proactive risk alerts to prevent escalation to project-level impact.
  7. Perform Forensic Delay Analysis (FDA) using methodologies such as Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis, and As Planned vs. As-Built assessments to determine responsibility for delays.
  8. Undertake claims verification for contractor and subcontractor submissions (time and cost), using forensic analysis of project records, site diaries, correspondence, and supporting data.
  9. Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor cost performance and provide early detection of budget deviations.
  10. Document structured lessons learned and feed insights into Standardization Manuals and BEP protocols to improve future project performance.
  11. Prepare and publish quarterly consolidated compliance and performance reports for the Board and sister companies, highlighting risk posture and corrective actions.
  12. Support the strategic milestone by planning and executing the first quarterly performance reviews across all sister companies.
  13. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.

Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in project controls, planning, performance management.

Knowledge and Functional Skills:

  1. Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and program management software.
  2. Experience in Forensic Delay Analysis methodologies (TIA, Windows Analysis, As Planned vs. As-Built) and claims management.
  3. Experience in risk management frameworks, risk register maintenance, and construction project risk assessment.
  4. Strong coordination and communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
