Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning and scheduling for our high-end design & build projects. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage master programmes and detailed schedules for multiple projects
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement recovery strategies as needed
- Coordinate with design, construction, and commercial teams to ensure alignment
- Conduct delay analysis and support claims or EOT submissions if required
- Prepare and present reports, updates, and KPI dashboards to management and clients
- Mentor and guide junior planners and scheduling staff
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Planning Engineer on design & build, luxury residential, or hospitality projects
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (or similar planning tools)
- Solid understanding of critical path, float management, and resource allocation
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
