Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Planning Engineer located in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Planning Engineer will oversee the planning and scheduling of project timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets. Responsibilities include analyzing and controlling project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders for efficient production planning, and developing project control systems. The role requires effective communication with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Planning, including developing schedules and timelines for complex projects
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and present critical project data
- Expertise in Production Planning, ensuring resource optimization and efficiency
- Proven abilities in Project Control, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project plans
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- At least 7 years of experience in project planning and engineering, preferably within the UAE region
