Job Description
Position: Senior Planning Engineer
Project: Luxury Villa Projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
- Must have extensive experience in villa projects, preferably luxury residential developments.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project scheduling.
- Experience in preparing baseline programmes, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
- Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, resource planning, and project monitoring.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a 15 days notice
