Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer – Civil to join our team in Abu Dhabi, supporting the delivery of mega civil, major building, and high-rise construction projects.
The successful candidate will lead project planning and scheduling activities, including the development and management of baseline, recovery, mitigation, and revised programmes. The role will also cover EOT claims, delay analysis, resource planning, progress monitoring, KPI reporting, cash-flow forecasting, subcontractor programme integration, and schedule recovery strategies.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant planning experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience in Abu Dhabi.
A strong track record in large-scale civil, high-rise, and complex building projects is essential, and previous experience with a major main contractor is mandatory.
Strong technical expertise in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, claims management, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel is required, together with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
