About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.

  • Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and propose recovery plans.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecasting.

  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

  • Support claims, extension of time (EOT), and delay analysis as required.

  • Contribute to resource and manpower planning to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in EPC / Construction / Electrical projects.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Office.

  • Strong knowledge of project controls, progress measurement, and cost control principles.

  • Experience with claims, EOT (Extension Of Time), and delay analysis is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
