Accountabilities:

•Review and analyze baseline, updated and revised programs in Primavera P6, including program logic, critical and near-critical paths, float and progress.

• Assess project progress against planned performance and identify program slippage, changes in the critical path and potential causes of delay.

• Perform and support delay analyses for construction projects, including the assessment of Employer, Contractor and third-party delay events.

• Support the preparation and assessment of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and other time-related construction claims.

• Review contemporaneous project records, correspondence, program updates, progress reports and other project documentation to establish the chronology and impact of delay events.

• Prepare and maintain as-built program information and compare actual progress against baseline and updated program.

• Assist in preparing clear, evidence-based delay analysis reports, claim submissions, presentations and other consultancy deliverables.

• Review contractors and subcontractors program and assess program quality, logic, sequencing and achievability.

• Support senior consultants and experts on complex delay, claims and dispute-related assignments.

• Communicate findings clearly and professionally with project teams, clients and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Education Background:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).

• Language: Fluent English.
