Develop, review, and maintain detailed project programs in accordance with the approved project scope of work.
Establish and manage baseline schedules, including work breakdown structures and activity sequencing.
Ensure timely preparation of charts, schedules, and diagrams required for reports, indicating planned, actual, and forecast progress.
Analyze project progress, achievements, and delays, and assess their impact on the remaining scope of work.
Prepare clear narratives for weekly and monthly progress reports.
Attend and lead regular progress meetings with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure works are executed in line with the approved program.
Coordinate closely with Operation Manager and Quantity Surveyor to track project performance against the baseline schedule.
Identify potential areas of delay, highlight critical activities, and propose mitigation and recovery measures during progress meetings.
Monitor procurement activities and long-lead items to ensure alignment with project schedules.
Review subcontractor schedules and progress updates.
Update project programs and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Support in preparing any planning documentation required by the Operation Department.
Qualifications:
Minimum 810 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with proven experience in Dubai.
Strong experience in luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience in landscape, interior fit-out, and civil works is an advantage.
Strong focus on project delivery and schedule control.
Team player with strong coordination and interfacing skills.
