We are hiring a highly experienced
Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for
planning, scheduling, and controlling projects (fuel stations, depots, pipelines, upgrades, maintenance, etc.) to ensure they are delivered
on time, within budget,
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline & detailed) using tools like Primavera P6
- Monitor progress, delays, and risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams
- Conduct delay analysis, critical path analysis, and recovery planning
- Review contractor schedules and ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements
- Support cost control, change management, and claims analysis
- Participate in project meetings and senior management reviews
- Experience with fuel stations, terminals, pipelines, or utilities preferrred
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering is Mandatory
- Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas, industrial electrical systems, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority procedures is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Design experience is mandatory.
- Previous UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
