Job Summary: -

We are looking for an experienced *Senior Planning Engineer* to manage planning activities for recently awarded building construction projects, from project initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities: -

* Prepare and develop the *Project Baseline Program*.

* Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.

* Monitor project progress against the approved baseline.

* Track milestones, critical activities, and completion targets.

* Identify delays and prepare recovery programs.

* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

* Prepare progress reports and schedule updates.

* Monitor project timelines and support timely completion.

Requirements: -

* Bachelor's degree in *Civil Engineering or related field*.

* Relevant experience in *building construction planning*.

* Strong experience in *Baseline Program preparation*.

* Good knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

* Strong analytical and coordination skills.
