Are you an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in complex EPC projects We're looking for a highly driven professional to join our planning team and play a key role in delivering multi‑sector projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling detailed project schedules across the full project lifecycle. You'll work closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate planning, effective performance tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Perform critical path analysis, earned value analysis (EVA), and schedule forecasting
• Identify schedule risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
• Coordinate resources to optimize productivity and minimize delays
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule and performance reports for management and stakeholders
• Review subcontractor and vendor schedules for alignment with project timelines
• Mentor and support junior planning engineers, sharing best practices in project controls

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC environments with strong exposure to oil & gas, civil, marine, power or plant projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path analysis, resource management, and risk management. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
