We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress control activities across major projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while providing clear insights to stakeholders through accurate reporting and analysis.

Your Role

As Senior Planning Engineer, you will have the following areas of accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) and baseline programs
• Track project progress and perform schedule variance and critical path analysis
• Prepare lookahead schedules, progress reports, and dashboards for management and clients
• Conduct delay analysis, risk assessment, and recovery planning
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and cost control teams
• Support contract administration by providing planning inputs and claims analysis
• Ensure compliance with project controls and reporting standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 12-14 years of experience in planning and scheduling, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Extensive experience in oil and gas, power, and plant operations.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Expertise : Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other planning tools. Proven track record of managing complex project schedules in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments. Strong knowledge of project controls earned value management, and critical path analysis. Advanced understanding of resource allocation and risk management principles.
