Senior Planning Manager - Building and Infrastructure

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Planning Manager position located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Planning Manager will oversee and manage project planning processes for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include project scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, and progress monitoring. The role requires the creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules, providing reports to stakeholders, and working closely with cross-functional teams to address potential delays or issues.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, infrastructure projects, and planning principles
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience in building and infrastructure project planning, preferably in the Middle East
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus
