The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Accountable for planning and scheduling complex projects, ensuring delivery on time and profitably. Supports project management across tenders and portfolios, driving effective monitoring and execution to achieve successful outcomes.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead application of advanced planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Apply expertise in project controls and Earned Value Management.
- Communicate clearly with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Analyse complex requirements and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage and develop planning teams to deliver excellence.
- Influence client decisions with robust proposals.
- Execute tasks to meet project and assignment needs.
- Drive collaboration towards net zero carbon transition.
You'll Need To Have
- Professional membership with APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in planning and delivering complex projects.
- Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management capability.
- Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction, and industry-leading scheduling tools.
