Project Planning Manager

Programme Context: Major mixed-use development consisting of over 200 projects, including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail, hotels, commercial, educational, sports, entertainment, and infrastructure facilities.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Relevant degree in construction, programme, project, or commercial management.

• Professional membership or progress toward chartership (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA).

• Proven PMO experience delivering residential/infrastructure projects.

• Strong expertise in project controls, Earned Value Management (EVM), scheduling tools, and critical path analysis.

• Proven leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing.

• Relevant high-value project experience within a project management consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead schedule development, Level 3 to Level 2 master schedules, site progress validation, and mitigation schedules.

• Apply project controls, EVM, data evaluation, and performance monitoring to produce monthly risk and progress reports.

• Manage planning teams, communicate effectively with clients and project teams, advise on complex requirements, and support senior leadership.

• Align with PMO standards and contribute to net-zero carbon transition targets.
