Senior Platform Manager – Infrastructure & Workplace Technology

About the Role

Innovo Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Manager – Infrastructure & Workplace Technology to lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of Azure cloud platforms, M365 ecosystem, core infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies. This role ensures technology is secure, scalable, reliable, and tailored to the needs of office, site, and mobile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud, Infrastructure & Workplace Strategy

- Develop and implement cloud, infrastructure, and workplace strategies aligned to business needs.

- Govern and manage Azure and M365 platforms with strong controls and reliable day-to-day operations.

Operations, Optimisation & Automation

- Drive automation, optimisation, and modern management practices.

- Support financial planning, cost forecasting, and optimisation for cloud and infrastructure services.

Core Technology Services

- Oversee hybrid infrastructure including on-prem systems, networks, hosting, and core platforms.

- Design and deliver workplace enhancements supporting hybrid work and collaboration.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Vendor, Service & Performance Management

- Work with managed service providers and technology partners to deliver stable and secure services.

- Partner with Service Operations on escalation management and service reliability.

- Establish and track SLAs, KPIs, and user experience metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.

- 10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or workplace technology with 3–5 years in a senior role.

- Deep expertise in Azure and M365 governance, architecture, and operations.

- Experience managing large, distributed multi-site environments.

- Strong hybrid cloud, network, and modern workplace transformation experience.

- Experience with ITIL-based service management and large-scale vendors.
