Senior PMO Analyst

Nair Systems is currently looking Senior PMO Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of project management office experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good experience in tools like Planview, power BI and other analytical tools

High Proficiency in creating and presenting project reports, including dashboards and steering committee reports

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust project management methodologies and standards.

Generate detailed dashboards and steering committee reports.

Prepare presentations for senior executive teams

Lead discussions and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and addressing any issues.

Monitor project performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

Identify and address project management gaps by implementing corrective actions and solutions.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Facilitate project planning sessions and workshops to identify constraints and interdependencies .

Provide guidance and support to project teams.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and templates.

• Ensure governance and compliance with established standards and practices
