Senior PMO (Data Governance and Data Warehouse)

Looking for a senior bilingual Program Manager with strong hands-on Data Governance expertise to lead a government education-sector program in Saudi Arabia. The program covers 3 tracks: NDMO Data Governance, Data Warehouse, and PDP. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in large-scale data governance or data warehouse programs, strong stakeholder management, supplier coordination, and solid knowledge of DAMA. Exposure to NDMO and Saudi regulatory environments is highly preferred.

Must-have requirements

• Arabic and English speaking
• 15+ years total experience
• 5+ years in Program Management
• Strong hands-on Data Governance background
• Experience leading large-scale Data Governance and/or Data Warehouse implementation programs
• Mandatory DAMA framework experience
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Governance frameworks
• Policies
• Controls
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Experience managing multiple vendors/suppliers
• Strong leadership, communication, and governance/reporting skills
