Brief Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Tech Consulting organisation specialising in Oracle Fusion Cloud and digital transformation across the GCC. The business is seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud PMO to lead the governance and delivery of complex Oracle transformation programmes, while also playing a key role in GTM, proposal development, and sales support.
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to an Arabic-speaking consulting leader with deep experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PMO delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to contribute to commercial and pre-sales activities. The role will be split approximately 50% delivery leadership and 50% GTM / sales support.
Requirements:
- Preferred but not essential - Arabic Speaker
- Experience working with GCC clients (Qatar, KSA, UAE) highly desirable
- 10–12 years experience within technology consulting or enterprise IT environments
- 5+ years experience in PMO / Project Management roles on Oracle Fusion Cloud or large Oracle ERP/EPM programmes
- Proven track record leading medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (multi-module or multi-country preferred)
- Strong experience acting as PMO lead across complex transformation programmes, managing scope, plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Extensive experience establishing and running project governance, including steering committees, RAID logs, reporting, and change control
- Ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define delivery roadmaps, phasing, and implementation strategies
- Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud landscape (Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM) and delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience supporting GTM and sales activities, including RFP responses, proposals, Statements of Work, and effort estimation
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior consultants in project management and client delivery best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and/or Oracle Cloud certifications preferred
- Exposure to AI, analytics, or automation initiatives within ERP/EPM environments is advantageous
