Senior Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a senior Portfolio Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of key clients within a defined client sector (such as Sports, Tourism, Banking, Government, or Entertainment). This role focuses on portfolio-level strategy, revenue growth, and long-term client development.

You will own a portfolio of multiple clients, ensuring sustainable growth across the portfolio while guiding senior account leaders responsible for individual client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Ownership & Strategy

Act as the strategic owner of a defined client portfolio within a specific sector.

Develop and execute portfolio strategies that drive growth across multiple clients.

Ensure balanced portfolio performance and reduce reliance on single accounts.

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion

Drive portfolio-level revenue growth through expansion opportunities across existing clients.

Identify commercial opportunities at a sector and portfolio level.

Lead high-level commercial discussions related to portfolio growth.

Client & Industry Alignment

Represent Daw in senior-level discussions related to portfolio or sector growth.

Ensure alignment between client sector needs and Daw's creative, production, and advertising capabilities.

Leverage industry understanding to support strategic portfolio decisions.

Leadership & Direction

Guide and support senior account leaders managing clients within the portfolio.

Provide strategic direction while empowering teams to manage day-to-day execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in portfolio management, account leadership, or commercial roles within creative, advertising, or production environments.

Proven experience managing and growing multiple client relationships.

Solid experience across at least two of the following areas:

Production, Creative, Advertising.

Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
