Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Post Contract QS Engineer specializing in Mechanical Engineering for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years experience in quantity surveying within mechanical engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) and construction contracts.
• Proficiency with quantity surveying
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
