Job Summary:
The Senior Prequalification and Registration Specialist will manage the prequalification process with consultants, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities for our products. This role requires a techno-commercial professional who can effectively present and communicate our company's offerings to build confidence and secure registrations. This position involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion and submission of necessary documentation. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Prequalification Management:
- Oversee the prequalification process with consultants, ensuring all requirements for our products are met.
- Maintain and update prequalification documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for prequalification submissions.
Registration with Authorities:
- Manage the registration process with relevant authorities for our products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for registration and approvals.
Vendor List Management:
- Ensure the company is listed on approved vendor lists with consultants and authorities for our products.
- Maintain and update vendor list records regularly.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities to address any issues or discrepancies.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prequalification and registration activities.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible for audits and reviews.
- Prepare regular reports on prequalification and registration status.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for consultants and regulatory authorities regarding prequalification and registration matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Address any queries or concerns from consultants and authorities promptly.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all prequalification and registration activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of prequalification and registration processes.
- Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate events with consultants to facilitate prequalification and registration processes.
- Manage logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and communication with participants.
- Ensure events are executed smoothly and meet the objectives of the company and consultants.
Techno-Commercial Expertise:
- Deliver presentations to consultants to build confidence in our company and offerings.
- Utilize technical knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products.
- Engage with consultants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Language Proficiency:
- Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Prepare and translate documents as needed to ensure clear communication with consultants and authorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in prequalification, registration, or regulatory compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines for our products.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
