Role Overview
As a Cybersecurity Presales Architect at Innovative Solutions, you will serve as a critical liaison between our sales team and clients. You will leverage your technical expertise in cybersecurity to provide specialized knowledge and support, guiding clients in selecting the right solutions for their security needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and requirements
- Develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific business challenges
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations
- Conduct webinars and training sessions to educate clients on cybersecurity best practices
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and emerging technologies
- Create and customize proposal documents and respond to RFPs with detailed technical solutions
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align product offerings with market needs
- Generate and maintain documentation related to client needs and the technical solutions proposed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on presales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint security, and cloud security
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience in engaging with customers and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant vendor-specific certifications are preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
