Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor to the sales team, supporting business development and closing opportunities.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose optimized technical solutions aligned with project needs and company offerings.
- Prepare and review technical proposals, specifications, BOQs, and cost estimations.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, and clarifications with customers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
- Review tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring full compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and value engineering sessions when required.
- Support negotiations by addressing technical queries and risks during pre-award stages.
- Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and competitor solutions to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
- Mentor junior presales engineers and contribute to improving presales processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical or related field).
- 8 to 12 years of proven experience in a Presales or Technical Sales role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience in preparing technical submittals, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales, engineering, and management teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
