WE ARE LOOKING FOR Presales Manager
We are looking to hire a strong Presales Manager based in Abu Dhabi to support the Managing Director (MD) in shaping, qualifying, and advancing strategic technology opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the MD in shaping, qualifying, and advancing strategic opportunities across AI, Physical AI, embedded systems, connectivity, and digital transformation.
- Bridge engineering and commercial strategy—bringing structured thinking, commercial awareness, and an execution-driven approach (not a pure subject-matter-expert role).
- Lead initial technical qualification of incoming leads and opportunities.
- Define solution scope, assumptions, and value proposition; challenge unclear or incomplete client requirements.
- Translate business problems into clear solution concepts and high-level architectures.
- Support proposal writing, including architecture outlines and solution narratives.
- Attend client meetings and lead technical workshops.
- Maintain structured CRM updates to ensure pipeline visibility, accuracy, and follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, and/or technical consulting.
- Experience in technical project management with commercial exposure.
- Hands-on exposure to one or more of: AI, embedded systems, robotics/Physical AI, connectivity, or digital platforms (required).
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive qualification, and move opportunities forward with clear next steps.
- Strong communication skills, able to work confidently with both technical teams and senior commercial stakeholders.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and high-quality proposal writing experience.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
